At WOMANZE, we want you to enjoy your purchase and feel confident in choosing us. Therefore, we offer the following return and cancellation conditions, in accordance with current consumer regulations:

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return one or more items without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at help@womanze.com, including your order number. We will send you a confirmation with return instructions.



2. Return Conditions

Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with their original tags and packaging.
Returns of used, damaged, or products that show signs of wear beyond simple product testing will not be accepted.
The refund will include the full amount of the products.
Return shipping costs (shipping from the customer to our warehouse) will be borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
For orders paid via PayPal, fees will not be refunded to the customer in the event of a voluntary return of the product and will be deducted from the total refund amount.



3. Refunds

Once the return has been received and reviewed at our offices, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 20 business days from the date the package is received at our offices.
No additional fees or surcharges will be applied to your refund amount, except as set forth in sections 2 and 4 regarding payments made via PayPal.



4. Order Cancellations

The customer may cancel their order at no additional cost as long as it has not been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned under the terms set forth in section 1 regarding the right of withdrawal.
For orders paid via PayPal, fees will not be refunded to the customer in the event of voluntary cancellation of the order and will be deducted from the total refund amount.



5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item or one different from the one ordered, we will cover all shipping and return costs, and you may opt for a full refund or an exchange.



6. Payment Disputes for No Apparent Reason

The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that, if a payment dispute is initiated through Klarna, PayPal, their bank, or another payment platform without the package having been previously received at our offices, or when the return conditions do not comply with this policy, WOMANZE will have the right to deduct the fee Shopify charges us for handling the dispute from the refund amount.
This condition is accepted by the customer upon formalizing the purchase and will automatically apply in all the cases described.



7. Liability and Limitation

WOMANZE is not responsible for delays in delivery times caused by causes beyond its control, such as logistical issues with the carrier, adverse weather conditions, local holidays, strikes, or customs delays.
WOMANZE's liability will be limited exclusively to the value of the purchased products that have not been delivered or whose return has been accepted in accordance with this policy.
Once the order has been delivered to the courier company, the carrier's responsibility for the integrity of the package becomes its responsibility. WOMANZE will collaborate at all times to resolve any incident.
WOMANZE is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the misuse of the purchased products.
Under no circumstances will WOMANZE be liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or losses resulting from delays or partial non-performance of obligations due to force majeure or causes beyond its control.
