Shipping and returns
At WOMANZE, we want you to enjoy your purchase and feel confident in choosing us. Therefore, we offer the following return and cancellation conditions, in accordance with current consumer regulations:
1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return one or more items without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email to help@womanze.com, including your order number. We will send you a confirmation with return instructions.
2. Conditions of return

Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with their original tags and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, damaged, or show signs of wear beyond simple product testing.

The refund will include the full amount of the products.

Return shipping costs (shipping from the customer to our warehouse) will be borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

For international returns, the customer must ensure that the package is returned with all duties, taxes, and customs fees duly paid. Otherwise, WOMANZE reserves the right to refuse the package, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

For orders paid via PayPal, the commissions generated by this platform will not be refunded to the customer in the event of voluntary return of the product, and will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.
3. Refunds
Once the return has been received and reviewed at our offices, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 20 business days from the date the package is received at our offices.

In case of withdrawal, additional shipping costs will not be refunded if you chose a method other than the standard one offered.

No additional fees or charges will be applied to the refund amount, except as set forth in sections 2 and 4 regarding payments made via PayPal.
4. Order cancellations

The customer may cancel their order at no additional cost as long as it has not been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned under the terms set forth in section 1 regarding the right of withdrawal.

For orders paid by PayPal, commissions generated by this platform will not be refunded to the customer in the event of voluntary cancellation of the order, and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
5. Defective or erroneous products
If you receive a defective or different item than the one you ordered, we'll cover all shipping and return costs, and you can opt for a full refund or exchange.
6. Payment claims without apparent reason
The client expressly acknowledges and accepts that, in the event of initiating a payment claim through Klarna, PayPal, your bank or other payment platform, without the package having been previously received at our offices or when the return conditions do not comply with the provisions of this policy, WOMANZE will be entitled to deduct from the refund amount the fee that Shopify charges us for handling said claim.
This condition is accepted by the customer upon formalizing the purchase and will be automatically applied in all the cases described.
7. Liability and limitation

WOMANZE is not responsible for delays in delivery times caused by reasons beyond its control, such as logistical issues with the carrier, adverse weather conditions, local holidays, strikes, or customs delays.

WOMANZE's liability shall be limited exclusively to the value of purchased products that have not been delivered or whose return has been accepted in accordance with this policy.

Once the order has been delivered to the courier company, the carrier is responsible for the integrity of the package. WOMANZE will work with you at all times to resolve any issues.

WOMANZE is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from improper use of the products purchased.

In no event shall WOMANZE be liable for any loss of profit, indirect damage, or loss resulting from delay or partial non-performance of obligations due to force majeure or causes beyond its control.
