Every WOMANZE piece is made to order at our own atelier in Spain.

The estimated production and delivery time is four to six weeks.

If the date of the event requires an earlier delivery, write to hello@womanze.com before placing the order to confirm whether it is possible.

Shipping to mainland Spain and to international destinations includes shipping costs and customs duties.

Exchanges and returns: 14 calendar days from receipt, writing to hello@womanze.com with the order number.

The first exchange is free for orders within mainland Spain, on full-price items only. For any further exchange and for all returns, shipping costs are borne by the client.

Pieces must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within a maximum of 20 working days from receipt.

Orders may be cancelled at no cost before they are shipped.
