SHIPPING TO SPAIN

Shipping to the Peninsula costs €5 for the customer.

Shipping to the Balearic and Canary Islands will cost €10.

Although this isn't the full service quote set by the courier company, Womance covers the remaining shipping cost as a gesture for its customers.

Womance produces all the garments in her collection from scratch in her workshop. Each design varies in complexity and requires varying amounts of time to create.

Custom-made garments will arrive at your home in 3 weeks, and standard sizes in 2 weeks.

If the garment is custom-made, we specify this in the product information sheet. This period begins on the day of your purchase.

We ship to Europe, USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia, India, Israel, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping costs to Europe and Worldwide

To find out the shipping cost to your country, simply select your product and enter your shipping information. You can check the shipping cost to your country before purchasing.

Shipments outside the EU (European Union):
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are shipped using the Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means we do not collect VAT, taxes, or duties on orders outside the EU and we cannot predict how much the charge will be. If you incur additional charges, you must pay them for your package to clear customs. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Remote areas

There are areas in certain countries that shipping companies consider "remote areas," so the shipping cost will be higher than the standard cost indicated in the order summary. If this is the case, we will contact the customer to inform them of the additional cost and, if they agree to bear the additional cost, we will proceed with shipping the order. If the customer does not agree, we will immediately refund the purchase price.

RETURNS

What is our return policy?

  • Garments must not be worn or washed.
  • Garments should not be stained, rubbed with makeup, or damaged.
  • Garments that smell of perfume, tobacco, or have been worn will not be accepted.
  • Garments must have all labels attached.
  • Items must be returned in the same packaging you received them in. No other type of packaging will be accepted, as the packaging we use at Womance guarantees perfect condition during shipping.
  • You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your garments to request a return.

If the above is not met, we will not be able to accept your return.

What is the return process for shipments within the European Union?

All you have to do is place the garments in their original box and fill out the form you'll find inside. If you don't have the document, you can download a copy here .

Once you have the package ready with the garments and the form inside, all you have to do is send your return to our headquarters using any postal service or shipping company of your choice. Here's our address:

We recommend that you keep proof of shipment.

What is the return process for shipments outside the EU?

Although return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, at Womance we handle the return process to ensure the process is as quick and smooth as possible for you.

You'll benefit from our business shipping rate. You won't have to pay extra, as we'll deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

To return part or all of your order, you must notify us by email at help@womance.es. Once this step is completed, we will send you the return label so you can prepare the package with the items you wish to return.

Our shipping agency will pick up the package from your home and send it to our offices to complete the return process.

If you decide to return your package by a method other than the one we offer, the handling, shipping costs, and customs fees will be your responsibility. If these fees are not paid, the package will be automatically returned to your home. This is our address:

How much does shipping cost if I want to make a return?

In Spain:
From the Peninsula, if you purchase a dress and it doesn't fit properly but you want to exchange it for a different size or style, Womance will cover the shipping costs for the first exchange. We'll pick up the style you want to return from your home and deliver the new one to you*.

From the first exchange onwards, and in the case of returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

EU and Worldwide:
From any other country, the shipping costs for any exchange or return will be similar to what you paid to ship your order from Womance to your home.**
*Not applicable to discounted products.
**Shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 20 business days from this date. You'll receive an email as soon as your exchange or return has been processed.
