Does Womance have a physical store?

We don't have a physical store, nor do we sell to other retailers. We're an online brand that ships garments from our workshop to your home, items you can only find on our website.

What does Womance offer that no other online store can?

Exclusivity: We launch limited-edition capsule collections. We offer a quality product at a fair price. We are manufacturers and do not work with intermediaries.
We like to have direct contact with our customers. We're always available if you need us: pedidos@womance.es .

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my home?

If we have your order in stock, it will arrive at your home within 48 hours. If we don't have it in stock, it will arrive at your home within 10 days at the latest.
You can check the stock information on the product information sheet for the product you're interested in. If you still have questions, email us at help@womance.es . We're always here for you!

Who pays for shipping?

I live outside of Spain. Can you tell me the shipping costs to my country?

The same website will calculate the cost for you when you provide your details before making the purchase.
That is, add the products you want to your cart, fill in the address information, and check the purchase summary to see how much the shipping costs to your country will cost.

If I want to return my order, what is the return process?

It's very simple! When you receive your box, you'll see a return form inside. Don't throw it away, because if you want to return the item, you'll need to fill it out with your information so we can contact you and process a refund or exchange.
Place the document inside the box with the garment and send it to:

Do I cover the return shipping costs?

At Womance, we handle shipping to your home within the Peninsula.
Additionally, if you want to exchange it for another size or garment, we'll also take care of the shipping costs for collecting the item you don't want and sending you the one you've chosen again (only valid for the first exchange).
In case of return, the costs will be at your expense.

How will the refund be made?

We'll need your IBAN code to process the refund.
To do so, don't forget to fill out the space provided on the form that came inside the box your garment came in.
As soon as we receive this information, we will process the refund within 2 to 5 business days.
