At Womanze, we make each garment from scratch in our own workshop. Each design has a different level of complexity, which can affect production time.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 8 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
This estimated delivery time may be subject to change due to high demand.

We are pleased to offer our international customers outside the European Union a DDP delivery service that includes all taxes and customs duties. This way, your order will arrive directly to your home, with no additional processing or surprises in the final cost.
However, if local regulations or customs regulations in certain regions prevent the DDP service from being available, we reserve the right to notify you promptly and jointly arrange the most convenient delivery option. We may require the customer to pay any additional taxes or fees.

In the event of a return by the customer, customs fees and shipping costs for the return to our offices will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping to destinations within Europe will be free of charge; however, in the case of a return, the cost of shipping the item back to our offices will be borne by the customer and deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping to the Peninsula is free of charge; however, in the event of a return, the shipping costs for the returned item will be fully borne by the customer.
