What do we use the data for?

The following Privacy Policy sets out the terms under which we will process personal data at WOMANZE. This includes any personal data collected through our website www.womanze.com and in our physical stores, as well as any other data that we process in the course of our business activities.

WOMANZE collects the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:

• Contact form: The personal data collected through this form will be used exclusively to manage the reservation of the requested service.

• Create an account form: The personal data collected through this form will be used exclusively to manage user registrations on the web.

• Newsletter: The data collected will be used exclusively to send you newsletters, as well as commercial communications regarding promotions and/or advertising of our services.

• Purchase form: If you purchase any of our products, your personal data will be used solely for administrative management in relation to the purchased product, as well as to analyze the purchasing behavior of each user to offer advantages to VIP customers and, for the sending of commercial communications based on the legitimate interest of WOMANZE. This covers the entire process from invoicing the product to the delivery of your data to the transport companies contracted by WOMANZE to make deliveries to the place you have indicated.

• WhatsApp and SMS:  In the event that during the purchasing process or independently, you provide us with your mobile phone number, your collected data will be used exclusively to inform you about the status of your reservation, send you commercial communications of promotions and/or advertising of our services in the case of being a customer based on the legitimate interest of the company. If you are not a customer, your personal data (mobile number) will be used to send you promotional and commercial messages, provided that you have given us your express consent for this purpose.

• SMS Communications: By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from WOMANZE as part of our messaging program. This program may include welcome messages, abandoned cart reminders, browser abandonment notifications, and marketing campaigns, such as new product launches and special offers.

Our website uses cookies to help track items you add to your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned it. This information is used to determine when to send SMS cart reminders.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary, although typically 1-3 messages are sent per month.

• Waiting list (Waiting list): If a product you desire is unavailable, we may ask for your personal contact information to inform you when it becomes available.

• Data of candidates for job vacancies at WOMANZE: If you send us your CV or conduct a job interview at our offices, your data will be used to fill potential job vacancies at our company. If you are hired, your personal data will be used exclusively to manage the employment relationship with WOMANZE.

• Social Networks: Any data you provide to us or that you may share through the social networks on which WOMANZE has an active account will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policies of each social network. Retention period for your data and legal basis for processing

Customer data, registered users, newsletter, and contact form

Data from potential customers obtained through the contact form who do not end up purchasing any product will be automatically deleted one year after contact, provided that the potential customer has not shown further interest in our services or products. The legal basis for processing this data is the fulfillment of the contractual relationship.

If you purchase a product, the data will be processed for the duration of the business relationship and, once concluded, for the time necessary to respond to potential legal liabilities, especially those related to consumer goods warranties.

Regarding the data provided when you registered as a WOMANZE user, this data will be retained until you unsubscribe.

The data provided to send the newsletter will be retained until you indicate your wish to no longer receive communications from us. You can exercise your right to object through the channels announced in this Privacy Policy.

The legal basis for the processing of the data of potential customers and for users who register on our website is the consent of the interested party.

The personal data of customers and employees will be processed to fulfill the contractual relationship.

The legal basis for the processing of your data for the sending of electronic commercial communications (newsletter, WhatsApp or SMS) is the consent of the interested party. If you are a current customer, we may send you electronic commercial communications based on WOMANZE's legitimate interest.

Legitimate interest constitutes a legal basis for the processing, provided that the interests or rights and freedoms of the interested party do not prevail, taking into account the reasonable expectations of the interested parties based on their relationship with the controller.

Legitimate interest applies only to current WOMANZE customers, considering as such any customer who has completed a purchase process in the last two years. In any case, the recipient of the electronic communication may request their withdrawal in each communication, in which case their personal data will no longer be processed for this purpose.

Employment data and CVs

In relation to employment data, these will be processed for the duration of said relationship and, once it has concluded, for the time necessary to respond to possible breaches in this area. If you have sent us your CV or have completed an interview for a job opening, your personal data will be archived for a period of one year. After this, if you are not selected, it will be deleted from our systems.

Data transfers to third parties

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except for those service providers with whom we have a valid service contract or where WOMANZE is required by law to do so.

If you give us your express consent, we may share personal data such as your email address or WhatsApp with social networks in order to create profiles of current and potential WOMANZE buyers.

Suppliers with access to data

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the Online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

BSPK also provides us with the online platform to engage with our customers through digital channels: SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase. Once that's complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
