General terms and conditions

The following conditions will govern the purchase of clothing items marketed by WOMAN TEXTIL SL , with its registered office at:

C/ General Tovar, 2 – 1st floor, Pta 2 – CP 46003 Valencia , hereinafter WOMANZE , through the online store www.womanze.com .

The realization of electronic commerce through www.womanze.com implies the knowledge and acceptance of these conditions .

We recommend that you read the legal texts beforehand, download them, and print them for safekeeping.

We inform you that the following terms and conditions are also permanently available to the user on the aforementioned website.

I. GENERAL ASPECTS

These conditions are written in Spanish and are governed by:

  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 , of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users .

  • Law 34/2002 , of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce , as well as other complementary laws.

Only persons over 18 years of age may purchase through www.womanze.com in their own name and right.

By accepting these general terms and conditions, you declare that you are of legal age.

II. ORDER

The purpose of this contract is the sale of fashion clothing through the website www.womanze.com .

On the website, along with the photograph of each garment, the following is included:

  • A brief description

  • The number of garments in stock

  • The price of the item

  • A size guide

To purchase a garment, you must click on the icon of the desired photo and press “buy” .
Items will be automatically added to the “Cart” , which contains the model name and price.

Once you've completed your selection, you'll need to fill out the personal information form after accepting the privacy policy to facilitate delivery of your order.

Completing the form implies registration as a customer , so you will not need to re-enter your information for future purchases.

After validating your order, and after expressly accepting these conditions and the privacy policy , you will receive a confirmation email .

WOMANZE will file the electronic document formalizing your order , and you can save or print it.
Contractual information will be provided to you before finalizing the order, so that you can correct errors if necessary.

If you wish to receive the invoice in electronic format , you can request it through the corresponding module.

III. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD

The prices indicated on the website include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) .

Payments will be made in euros , through any of the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card

  • PayPal Platform

  • REDSYS Platform (to which WOMANZE is affiliated)

Using any of these methods will not incur any additional costs.

The customer guarantees that he/she is authorized to use the payment card .

WOMANZE reserves the right to change prices at any time , although products will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time of placing the order.

IV. DELIVERY

Items purchased at www.womanze.com will be delivered to the address indicated on the form within a maximum of 10 business days .

WOMANZE is not responsible for delays resulting from errors in the address provided , or for reasons not attributable to the company.

In the event of the recipient's absence, the shipping provider will leave the order at their nearest office, upon prior notification.

V. WITHDRAWAL

Once you receive the item, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the product.

WOMANZE informs that shipping, return, and customs costs will not be refunded and must be borne by the customer.
Only the value of the product will be refunded , for the same amount with which it was purchased.

The store reserves the right to refund the amount only if there is stock available for exchanges.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS FOR NON-EU SHIPMENTS?

Although return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, WOMANZE manages the entire process to expedite it:

  • We apply our business rate

  • The cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The client must notify this by email to: help@womanze.com

  • WOMANZE will send a return label

  • The package will be picked up at your home and sent to our offices.

If the return is made by another means , all costs and procedures will be borne by the customer.
If not paid, the package will be automatically returned to the sender's address.

It is recommended that you keep the shipping receipt .

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST IF I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

In Spain (Peninsula):

  • If it is the first change of size or model , WOMANZE assumes the cost of transport (except for discounted products).

  • From the second exchange or return , the cost is assumed by the customer.

In the European Union and the rest of the world:

  • Return costs will be similar to the original shipping .

  • Customs, taxes and clearance fees are not included , except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

VI. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising from the contract will be resolved before the courts of the consumer's domicile , applying the legislation in force in that place, within Spanish territory.
